Konjic is a town and a populated place in the extreme north of mountainous Herzegovina, in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the valley on both sides of the Neretva River and around the mouth of the Neretva's tributary Trešanica. Konjic borders the municipalities: Prozor-Rama, Gornji Vakuf, Fojnica, Kreševo, Hadžići, Kalinovik, Trnovo, Nevesinje, Jablanica and Mostar. The city of Konjic occupies a territorial area of 1,386.6 km2 or 2.60% of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is inhabited by about 25,000 inhabitants, settled in 175 villages and settlements, organized in 16 local communities. The area of the town of Konjica extends from 270 m above sea level (the level of Lake Jablanica) to 2,155 m (Mount Prenj). In the Konjic area, there are mountain massifs: Prenja, Visočice, Bjelašnice, Treskavice and Vranice, and a large part of this area is also encroached by the slopes of Crvnje. The area of the town of Konjica is decorated with many rivers and lakes, with the pearly beauty of the Neretva River and the marvelous Rakitnica Canyon, as well as Lake Borački and Lake Jablanica. Natural beauty, wealth of plant and animal life, and large forest and water potentials represent the basis for the development of wood processing, agriculture, animal husbandry, fruit growing, tourism and other branches. Significant investments in infrastructure, road, water, sewage, and communication facilities marked the previous period, and they represent the town of Konjic as recognizable and pleasant to live in. Općina Konjic spada u red teritorijalno najvećih općina u Bosni i Hercegovini. Autor: eda-Ra Datum objave: 3.3.2024. Opis. The Army War Command in Konjic or ARK/D-0 in Konjic in Bosnia and Herzegovina is a military facility built in SFR Yugoslavia. It was declared a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina ARK/D-0 in Konjic was built with the intention of being the main command post of the former Yugoslav People's Army in the event of an atomic war. The construction of the building lasted 26 years (1953 - 1979). The ARK facility is in excellent condition and is accessible to the public. Heating, air conditioning, fire protection systems are constantly maintained and all other systems in the building are under professional supervision. The space of the building is currently used for the implementation of the Biennale of Contemporary Art project, d-0 ark underground, which is a promoter of regional cultural values. The project was declared a European cultural event for 2011 by the Council of Europe. In 2013, the Project was organized under the auspices of UNESCO. |

Ovo je NAJLJEPŠI MALI GRAD u Bosni i Hercegovini!

Već tad se zaljubih u njega, a kroz Konjic od tog dana prođoh mnogo puta, uvijek sa Sanjinom razgovarajući o tome kako ću jednoga dana doći ovdje samo da odmorim i uživam. Poklopiće se da ćemo ovo ljeto 3-4 puta tako doći ovdje, te sa sjajnom ekipom iz Visit Konjic, doživjeti mnogo toga što ovo malo mjesto nudi. Njegovu predivnu prirodu kakva rijetko gdje da postoji na našim prostorima, čije čudesne rijeke, jezera i planine čine da se zahvališ onom gore na svemu što nam je dao, ali i uz to upoznam njegove ljude koji me svaki put dočekaju na baš poseban način. A jednako poseban je i sam Konjic, a u ovom videu ću vam pokazati onaj njegov jedan dio, te se nadam da ćete uživati. Ono što sam siguran je da ćete jednoga dana više nego uživati kada dođete ovdje, a ko zna, možda usput sretnete i nekoga poznatog dok ste na raftingu na Neretvi. |
